As the Managing Agent for Crescent Lewisville Homeowners Association, Inc. we are pleased to announce there will be a Board of Directors Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 26th, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to approve the assessment increase necessary to providing sufficient funds to perform the capital improvements in 2023, and discuss the 2023 Proposed Budget.
